Annual Physical
It is a preventative service done annually. Includes going over your history system by system including but not limited to your past illness, social and family history of genetic conditions along with complete body check up and fasting laboratory testing for basic electrolytes, kidney and liver function, blood count, cholesterol levels, thyroid function and urine testing. EKG and cardiac work up also done as appropriate basis.
Depending on the age and family history mammogram, DEXA scan, colonoscopy screening and prostate exam will be done.
We also go over appropriate adult immunization at the time of visit.
